Free Shipping:
This method of shipping applies to orders of $50 or more and with delivery within the US. Customers with an order total below $50 will have to choose another UPS Shipping Method to have their order processed.
International Orders:
International Orders cannot be shipped using our Free Shipping method, for these orders, customers must choose from a UPS International Shipping Method.
Returns:
All items for return must be new, unused and in original condition and packaging with the manufacturer�s tags still attached.
Clothing/Footwear can be exchanged for a different size, please contact us prior to your return so we can issue a return number.
Make sure your Electronics/Hardware order is correct and fits prior to installing it, if any part needs to be returned or exchanged please contact us.
Items may be returned or exchanged with 30 days of purchase.
When returning an item, please insure and obtain a tracking number for your return shipment, for your protection and security.
Allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
DVDs/CDs, & Made to Order items are not returnable.
If you have received an order that is missing parts, damaged or is not the correct part, we will issue a UPS call ticket to pickup the package from your location and ship the correct parts to you. Please wait until you have received the correct parts for your order before returning them.
